If delivery was unavailable i.e nobody was there to receive the tree and our driver returned back to base with your tree, just Contact Us to re arrange a delivery date, small fee may apply for 2nd delivery. Completely optional and not crucial to your tree care, But highly recommended by not just us but also by the feedback we have received proving this to be a great way to keep your tree fresher for longer. exactly like a fresh bunch of flowers a cut to the bottom of the stems help the water travel to where it needs to be. By making a fresh straight cut to the trunk of your tree will ensure the tree to get the appropriate amount of water it needs, about 1/2 inch is all that is needed, if you prefer to do this your self please make sure you have the appropriate cutting tool's and practice safety. Our team are happy to do this for you before being delivered, so when your tree arrives it is ready to be decorated by you!
