Free delivery is available to most postcodes within our core Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire service area. Selected routes farther afield may have a delivery charge. The applicable arrangement depends on the postcode and order.

Yes. We supply real Christmas trees to homes as well as suitable businesses, schools, churches, hotels, workplaces and other venues. Larger or multi-tree requirements are best discussed with us in advance.

Our range includes Premium Nordmann Fir, Standard Nordmann Fir, Norway Spruce Tree and selected potted or rooted Christmas trees. Each has different characteristics and is suited to different types of display.

Premium Nordmann Fir and Standard Nordmann Fir are our main indoor choices. Nordmann Fir has softer foliage and good needle retention when properly watered and kept away from strong heat sources.

Both are Nordmann Fir. Premium trees are selected for their overall appearance, while Standard Nordmann Fir allows greater natural variation in shape, width and branch spacing.

No. Our Norway Spruce range is supplied for outdoor use only. It has pointed needles, a traditional outline and a stronger Christmas-tree fragrance than Nordmann Fir.

Yes. Selected Rooted 4ft-5ft and other potted or rooted Christmas trees are available. Check the individual product information for current sizes, availability and care requirements.

A rooted tree may be suitable for planting afterwards, but successful establishment cannot be guaranteed. How the tree is kept indoors, watering, temperature changes and the eventual planting conditions can all affect the outcome.

No. Real trees naturally vary in width, branch density, shape and trunk thickness. Trees within the same size range can therefore look slightly different while still meeting the relevant product description.

Our range starts with compact trees such as Premium Nordmann Fir 3ft-4ft and includes popular household sizes such as Premium Nordmann Fir 6ft-7ft. For much larger projects, Custom Size Tree 15ft-30ft is available by enquiry for suitable sites.

Christmas tree sizes are measured from the base of the trunk to the natural tip. The stand and any topper add additional height, so allow extra clearance when measuring your room.

Measure the floor-to-ceiling height and the usable width of the intended position. Allow extra room for the stand and topper, and remember that the branches will spread once the tree is removed from its netting.

A tree may fit comfortably beneath the ceiling but still be too broad for the available floor space. Real trees vary naturally in branch spread, so leave enough room around the tree for the branches to open.

Yes. If you are unsure, contact us with the approximate ceiling height, available width and any access restrictions. Photographs of the intended position can also be useful for unusual spaces or larger trees.

Yes. Our Christmas Tree Stands range includes different stand sizes for different tree heights and trunk diameters.

The correct stand depends on your tree. Options include Traditional Green Metal Stand (up to 6ft), Cinco 8 Tree Stand, Cinco 10 Tree Stand and Cinco 12 Tree Stand. Always check the stated height and trunk capacity before ordering.

A water-holding stand gives a fresh-cut indoor tree access to water while also supporting it. Keeping the reservoir topped up is an important part of caring for a Nordmann Fir through December.

Large-tree delivery and installation can be discussed for suitable projects. Trees over normal domestic sizes require advance planning around vehicle access, unloading, support and installation.

Our specialist large-tree service includes custom real Christmas trees from 15ft to 30ft for suitable projects. The largest trees require advance discussion about transport, access, support and installation.

Keep a fresh-cut indoor Nordmann Fir supplied with water through a suitable stand and avoid placing it immediately beside radiators, fires or other strong heat sources. See Tree Care Tips for more guidance.

Check the water reservoir regularly and top it up whenever necessary. A fresh-cut tree should not be left without water in its stand.

Some needle loss is natural, and different species behave differently. Heat, dehydration and the tree variety can all affect shedding. Nordmann Fir generally has better needle retention than Norway Spruce when properly cared for.

Our Recycle & Removal Service is available to eligible addresses. Check the current collection arrangements for your postcode when booking.

Trees booked through the recycling and removal service are taken away for appropriate recycling rather than leaving customers to transport and dispose of them themselves.
