What Exactly Is an Unloved Tree?
An Unloved Tree sits below our Standard Nordmann Fir grade because its natural shape does not meet the same visual standard. It might lean slightly to one side, have a thinner patch or simply refuse to grow into the classic Christmas-tree triangle.

- Less uniform branch density.
- Plenty of natural character.
- A 5ft-7ft height range suitable for many homes, schools and workplaces.
The important bit is that it is still a real Nordmann Fir. The difference is appearance, not the fact that it somehow failed Christmas.
Perfectly Imperfect Can Be Easier to Decorate
A tree with a few gaps can actually be useful. Larger decorations have more room to hang properly, lights can shine through the branches, and you have more freedom to work with the tree rather than simply covering a dense wall of foliage.
