Please note: the Norway Spruce naturally sheds its needles faster than our Premium Nordman Fir, which is why we recommend it mainly for outdoor use. Some of our customers still prefer it indoors for the fragrance, but if you’re looking for low maintenance, a Nordman Fir is the better option. The best match for this size is the Cinco 8 Tree Stand (up to 8ft), designed with a spike and screw-bolt system to hold the trunk securely. We use Cinco stands ourselves at our retail outlets and recommend them for anyone who wants a reliable base to keep their tree upright and looking its best.
When ordering, keep in mind that we measure trees from the trunk base to the tip. Norway Spruce often has a taller leader (tip) than Nordman Fir, so for example, a 7ft tree may have around 6ft of branches and a 1ft top. If you have space, consider ordering slightly taller than you think you need to achieve the look you want.
