A: Yes. We provide free delivery to most postcodes in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. A small delivery fee may apply in surrounding counties such as Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex. When you place your order, the website will confirm whether delivery is free in your area.

Q: What sizes of Christmas trees do you supply?

A: We supply trees from 3ft, ideal for small homes and flats, up to 30ft for large outdoor displays and commercial clients. Our most popular sizes are between 5ft and 7ft, but we have options for every type of space. We stock everything from compact Premium Nordman Fir 3ft-4ft trees through to huge Custom Size Tree 15ft-30ft (please call). Popular household choices include Premium Nordman Fir 6ft-7ft and the classic Norway Spruce 5ft-6ft.

Q: Do you sell potted or rooted trees that I can replant?

A: Yes. Our sustainable range includes the Pot grown / rooted Christmas tree 3ft+ Spruce and the Potted /Rooted Christmas Tree Nordman 4ft-5ft. We also offer decorative Small Potted Snow Trees (re plant) that can be enjoyed indoors and replanted outside later.

Q: How do I keep my tree upright and watered?

A: We recommend a sturdy stand. For smaller trees, use the Red Metal Stand (up to 5ft). For larger trees, the Cinco 10 Tree Stand (8ft-10ft) or Cinco 12 Tree Stand (11ft-15ft) are perfect. All stands hold water, helping your tree stay fresh.

Q: Can you help set up my Christmas tree?

A: Yes, our Tree Prep Service ensures your tree is safely placed, un-netted, and ready to decorate. For very large installations, we even provide Custom tree - 15ft with set up and stand packages.

Q: Do you sell decorations and accessories?

A: Absolutely. We stock festive touches like Door Bow - Delivered & Set Up, Fresh Holly Wreaths, and personalised Decoration family name or message ornaments. Kids also love our playful Elf in your Tree.

Q: Do you offer budget-friendly trees?

A: Yes. Our The Unloved Tree 5ft-7ft range includes quirky but fresh trees at a lower price. They might not be perfectly shaped, but they still bring plenty of festive cheer.

Q: What happens to my non-potted tree after Christmas?

A: We offer a simple Recycle & Removal Service. Book a collection and we’ll take your tree away for recycling. Many customers also add eco-friendly accessories like the Willow Tree Ring to complete their display.
