Q: I have already selected a delivery date, but something as come up can i change it?

A: Here at the Christmas tree firm we understand sometimes your plans change, contact us to change to a delivery date that would suit you better.

Q: Once delivered i can not transport my tree up the stairs where it needs to be?

A: Our dedicated team offer a professional and friendly service and will be more then happy to transport you Christmas tree to your desired area. We often deliver to offices and buildings that require this, so do not worry leave the heavy lifting to us.

Q: I am not sure on the correct size tree to order from your website? i do not want to order the wrong size and it not fit.?

A: If you are unsure please email us a photo of the space if unable to measure. with over 50 years experience we have learned a thing or two about the perfect sizing. if however you do order the wrong size and it doesn't fit, our deliver team will take the tree back to our base and select the correct tree for you check out the tree's we have for sale Christmas Tree's

Q: I have received my Christmas tree and i am not 100% satisfied.

A: Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. as a family run business we pride ourselves on high quality great value for money Christmas trees, however if the tree you are looking at is anything short of perfect we will do our best to restore your faith in us, Christmas to us is about the magic, and we at The Christmas tree firm strive to provide that.

Q: I work for a corporate company who would like to order more then one tree for our building is there anything you can offer our buissness ?

Q: Can you remove my tree after the festive season is over?

A: Not sure how to depose of your tree? or perhaps you do not have the correct vehicle to transport it? or maybe you simply just do not have the time. Do not worry we offer a Christmas tree removal service simply book in a date through our website and we can arrange a pick up service for you. your tree will then make a journey to a special recycle centre so no tree goes to waste on our watch.
